Can't make check under RH4.2

Both egcs1.03a and 1.03 prerelease fail make check for me on a
dual processor Pentium II under Redhat 4.2 using 2.0.33 SMP
kernel. I get:

1.02 was fine. I cinfigured with --enable-haifa --prefix=/usr/local/egcstest
and put /usr/local/egcstest/bin in my path.
