But, what if some installed files in /usr/include actually contains
such macros? I've already seen them.
I'm skeptical, because I haven't seen any bug reports for this, but I see
no harm in fixing both places. I think fixproto requires a patch, and that
a patch in fix-header.c is acceptable but optional.
