Fw: egcs bug

Hi,

I'm using egcs to compile the Mysql RDBMS package under MkLinux (ppc) DR3
and the compilation falls over with the following error message:

>Making all in share
>make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/local/src/mysql-3.21.26-gamma/sql/share'
>make[3]: Nothing to be done for `all'.

there appears to be enough memory to complete the operation (32M + 32M
swap).

The compiler is bundled with the MkLinux DR3 distribution.
I'm using egcs v1.0.2 (2.90.25) 980302.

any advice on what to do now?

thanks

tony
