g++: `typedef volatile struct...' evokes internal compiler error

I ran `cvs update' on my egcs tree, then `make bootstrap' yesterday.

  % g++ -v
  Reading specs from /p/p/egcs-980319/lib/gcc-lib/i386-pc-solaris2.5.1/egcs-2.91.14/specs
  gcc version egcs-2.91.14 980315 (gcc-2.8.0 release)

Here's the file:

  % cat bad.c
  typedef volatile struct { int a; } T;
  void main (void) { T b; b.a = 0; }

  % g++ bad.c
  bad.c: In function `int main(...)':
  bad.c:2: Internal compiler error.
  bad.c:2: Please submit a full bug report to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.
  [Exit 1]
