On bfd2 Ian Lance Taylor agreed, that c++filt of gcc/egcs should be
used and hence dropped c++filt from the current binutils
snapshots. The appended fix installs c++filt if cc1plus has been
built.
Actually, most responses I received argued that c++filt should be
retained in the binutils, so I wound up not making any change.
However, I can't see any reason not to have egcs install c++filt also.
