Patches should be sent to fortran@gcc.gnu.org and gcc-patches@gcc.gnu.org
mailing lists. In the PR, simply note the URL for your posted patch
in the mailing list archive. Note, if you have a candidate patch that
requires more work and may take some time to complete, then attach it
to PR so that it does get lost.


BTW, do you have Copyright assignment paperwork on file with
the FSF?
