- Subject: Announcement: linux x86_64 builds on gfortran.org
Hi,
since about a week, up-to-date linux x86_64 binaries of gfortran
(and gcc and g++, that is) are available on gfortran.org (thanks
to Bud for the hosting space).
All official snapshots as found on ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/snapshots/
are built, as well as nightly builds of gcc-trunk.
There is a README in place which hopefully explains everything.
The builds are done in an OpenSUSE 10.3 environment using glibc 2.6.1,
so they should be usable also on enterprise distributions and for
people with somewhat aged linux installations.
And yes, the link:

Feedback is welcome!
Cheers,
Manfred
