Re: ISO C Binding merge palns

There are 3 failing testcases: interface_12.f90,
result_in_spec_1.f90, and sizeof.f90.

The first two were fixed by my patch at http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc- patches/2007-05/msg01499.html

I hope to cut a patch against trunk on Saturday for submission
to both fortran@ and gcc-patches@.  This may be a very large
patch.
