gfortran win binaries

Hello gfortran developers,
Steve Kargl mentioned on c.l.f. that gfortran is missing regular Windows
builds. I have a WinXP laptop and I think I could spare some time to
provide approximately weekly builds. Would this frequency suffice? Is
mingw, cygwin or both wanted? What should I build?
I thought of latest 4.2 and 4.3 snapshots - or is there a more favorable
option? I'd appreciate any further info.
