Actually, mainline gcc (ie what will become 4.3) requires libgmp-4.1
and libmpfr-2.2.0 not only for gfortran but also middle-end constant
folding of many intrinsic function e.g., sin(1.23). Anyone, who uses
cygwin and follows bleed edge gcc, will need these new packages.
