:) Should I have made explicit that I did this intentionally? After all, I only changed non-printable characters.

Oh! I misunderstood, and thought your changelog entry meant that you were changing the code to remove '\r's from program data somehow, and I was rather curious as to why that might be relevant in an array-constructor testcase.
