Hi everybody,

this is the (hopefully) final version of the patch.  I've corrected
up what is hopefully the last wrong piece for GFC_REAL_16, and
cleaned up kiss_size.

Thanks everybody for bearing with me on this :-)

As for the quality of the RNG:  We're using KISS, which is well-known;
I am sure we can find somebody who has run tests on it.
