gfortran problems with OS X 10.3.9

- Subject: gfortran problems with OS X 10.3.9
I had some problems with the latest (20060424) wiki download version of
gfortran on my Mac G5 with OS X 10.3.9. At Andrew Pinski's suggestion, I
updated my cctools to cctools-590.12 via the link on the gfortran wiki page.
Now, instead of a missing option problem, I get a missing routine, for all
compiles:
/usr/bin/ld: Undefined symbols:
___dso_handle
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
Any suggestions? Thanks.
