I put "bugs" in quotes because the problem is caused by
CARRIAGECONTROL, DEFAULTFILE, DISPOSE and RECORDTYPE, none of which
are standard, as far as I know. I am loath to raise a PR for this,
therefore, but there is plenty of scope for gfortran additions, if
anybody is minded to do it!
This is now PR26305. I removed the offending io-parms and pgplot duly
builds. The samples all work fine. I'll post a note on the Wiki in a
day or two; I thought that I would take a quick look to see what would
be required for an F95 wrapper.
