:ADDPATCH fortran: Here's a slightly updated version of the patch, which the formatting issues that Steve raised fixed. I have also added a cleaner handling of a malformatted environment variable (i.e. ignore it completely). Re-regression-tested on i686-pc-linux-gnu. Documentation also checked with 'make dvi'. OK for mainline? Also OK for 4.1 after a few days?
