That's good. And bad, because unless the copyright/legal issues have
been clarified, this means we won't be able to include such changes in
any regular documentation -- according to my current knowledge.
I would *love* this to be as easy as possible. Let's have a default
disclaimer somewhere on the Wiki page, and be done with it.
Unfortunately those that have been working on this haven't come to a
conclusion so far or didn't let us know.

The review step is easy to address. Want to become maintainer of the
wwwdocs:htdocs/fortran? In fact, as far as I am concerned, the Fortran
maintainers have fully write and approval rights for that part, so there
isn't much to address. ;-)
