Subject: Fix testsuite f*ckup

When I committed the fix for PR23765 to 4.0 yesterday, the commit picked up
f2c_6.f90 which had been lying around on my PC for months, and I don't remember
the specifics if / why / when it should have actually been committed.  Since
this testcase fails as of now, I chose to remove it again.
