This is the reply that Ted Teah sent. So, it looks like you
and Asher need to request the FSF assignment forms, and go
to LLNL legal department. Note, there are different forms
for personal contributions and contributions that come
through one's work with a company.

The really annoying question is why copyright-clerk@fsf.org
did not immediately contact Asher (and you) about the missing
assignment paperwork when the original disclaimer arrived
at their office.

Richard Staniford(sp?) recently sent 2 big patches that
I'm may produce conflicts with the Cray pointer patch.

Hi,

I dont't believe he has ever requested an assignment. I have a
disclaimer for him which was unilaterally mailed in, but no assignment.
I have told this to Mike Kumbera when he asked why Langton was not on
copyright.list.

All the best,
Ted Teah
