I am going to commit the attached band aid to array.c
in 24 hours. Defining GFC_MAX_AC_EXPAND to 100 is a
ridiculously small value, which prevents gfortran from
compiling a boat load of code. In particular, I'm
1 step closer to compiling fmlib. The place where
compilation of fmlib bombs is, I believe, an unreported
bug.
