Bugs again

- Subject: Bugs again
It appears that many of the failures I am getting is due
to the bug in my fc002.f95 code. My test driver uses
nonadvancing I/O to check results.
So please put that one at the top of mine to fix, if
possible. I will wait until that is fixed to run many of
my tests again; otherwise, I would have to check a
lot of things by hand that can be done "automatically".
None of my other reported bugs should be affected by this.
