Questions about reporting an ICE

Hi.
I'm getting an ICE when assigning a scalar to a vector subscript. I'd
like to report it on the GCC bugzilla database, but I'm not sure about
some details.
I'm using the CVS gcc. gcc -v gives me:
Using built-in specs.
Target: i686-pc-linux-gnu
Configured with: ./configure
Thread model: posix
gcc version 4.1.0 20050312 (experimental)
Should I report it against GCC 4.1 (which does not seem to have any ice
on valid code type of bugs, or tree-ssa?
