hi !!
we haven't had a status report or any bug's reported from running
LAPACK in a while.
if someone could run it, report the results, and reduce any failures to
bug reports that would be a big help.
for anyone that wants to help, but doesn't have the time or desire to
dig into the code, this is an ideal task...should take maybe one or two
evenings.
we need this done for linux/i686, one of the BSD's, and CYGWIN..
