I do have a copyright assignment these days, signed by both me and
Bradley Kuhn.
I have lately been working on implementing the IOLENGTH form of the
INQUIRE statement (pr 15750). This feature is now 99 % done, except
for some cleanup and a hopefully small bug. I'll post the patch or a
request for help within a few days.
That being said, my patches so far have been minor, as you say; I
don't have any strong opinion either way whether I should be included
in contrib.texi or not. I guess that's not my decision to make,
anyway. ;-)
