Library directory name

Just a random observation:
I was wondering if the library directory shouldn't be called libfortran/
instead of libgfortran/, along the lines of libjava/, libobjc/ and
libstdc++-v3/? Since cvs doesn't support directory renames, this should
definitely be handled before/during the merge to mainline.
