Are you doing a "make bootstrap" or a simple "make"?
I rebuilt gfortran this morning with a simple "make" and
"make install".

Simple `make`, but still no joy:

[..]
/bin/sh ../../gcc/gcc/mkconfig.sh config.h
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../../gcc/gcc/../include/ansidecl.h', needed by `c-parse.o'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/pkgs/gcc-ssa/obj/gcc'
make: *** [all-gcc] Error 2

Maybe I'll just go the binary snapshot route for now...
