The extra word --enable-build-with-cxx seems to be significant, because when I remove it, the compiler bootstraps fine. Keywords: mangling, anonymous namespaces. Adding option such as -frandom-seed=271828 to CXXFLAGS_FOR_TARGET allows to bootstrap. Created attachment 18885 [details]

This fixes the bootstrap, though a bunch of plugin tests fail compared to unpatched build with C.
